Lulu Frost

Those who know me well know that I love J.Crew and that I love jewelry. Lisa Salzer of Lulu Frost describes her work as a blend of "antique, vintage and modern elements to reinvent timeless classics."  While I discovered Lulu Frost through J.Crew, browsing her website and collections led me to really fall in love with her style. I have chosen a few of my favorites here, and in a dream world at least one of them would be mine!

German Expressionism Exhibit

Last week Pinterest led me to the Department of Advertising and Graphic Design, The Museum of Modern Art's in-house design studio. I was immediately drawn to their work on the German Expressionism Exhibit that took place from March 27-July 11, 2011. You can view the entire project here. Their work serves as a great source of inspiration for exhibition design in a museum setting.

Rachel Castle

Sometime last year I came across Castle. Immediately I was enthralled by the bright colors and the eclectic feel. Rachel Castle is an artist living in Sydney, Australia focusing on creating objects for the homeware industry. Recently I have found myself following artists and owners of Etsy shops on Instagram, and Rachel Castle is no exception! Visit her website or Instagram and I'm sure you will fall in love with these bright pieces as well!
