Lora once again perfectly captured our family for our 2025 Christmas card! I’m especially obsessed with all the shots of Grant – you can really see his personality! And we are even more excited to share that our family is growing: Baby Boy Smith #2 is due to arrive in May 2026!

Toddler Truck Room
In April we moved into a new home and I’ve been excited to start designing Grant’s toddler room! While he is still sleeping in his crib in the nursery, I know we will want to move him to a new room at some point. He’s obsessed with trucks and construction sites so I’ve been on the hunt for toddler truck themed decor that also goes along with the house. I can’t wait for things to start arriving!
Senanque Abbey
After our morning market trip to Gordes we headed to the nearby Senanque Abbey. The lavender was blooming and while the abbey itself was closed, we wandered amongst the shady blooms.

Today we were up early ready to explore Gordes. I vividly remember visiting in 2018 when Dale and I were in Provence — the village sits on a hill and is truly breathtaking. This time we had the opportunity to visit the market and it is worth planning around! So many vendors with food, textiles and more. I came home with a woven basket, comfy pjs, placemats, two pillow covers for my living room and hair clip. Next stop today: Senanque Abbey.
Cabannes, France
We’ve arrived at our beautiful (and final) Airbnb of the trip in Cabannes. The house has a stunning pool overlooking a vineyard and so far we are spending our mornings exploring and afternoons/evenings swimming and making dinner at the house. I can’t wait to share more from shopping, eating and exploring the beautiful villages of Provence!
