July Around The Web
Summer is definitely in full swing! This month had moments of normal (we spent the day at the lake with Dale’s family for the Fourth of July, dinners outside with friends…) my WFH schedule continues indefinitely. I’ve been lucky that Dale has had a slightly less busy schedule lately and we have been able to spend more time together. The most eventful news of the month was getting tile added behind our tub and at the base of our fireplace and getting our bathtub resurfaced, marking the end of our mini bathroom renovation! Last up will be finding a decorative mirror (this one perhaps?) and then the space will be totally complete.
Around the web this month I was drawn to lots of home decor. Brigette Romanek’s home (photo above) is stunning and I also loved this home in the Hamptons
Kathleen has me wanting an organza top!
In case you are in need of a new show
Pre-Ordered this book, November can’t come soon enough!
We tried these lettuce wraps this month, they were simple and delicious
My very favorite new Etsy shop if you are on the hunt for vintage gems
I also finally used my frozen cherries for this recipe, it turned out great!
Prepping for some outdoor patio hangouts in advance!
Enjoy the sunshine, friends!
Sister Lettering for Hallmark Signature
Sometimes one of the best parts of my job is discovering my work used on product which is a total surprise! In this case I saw my mono-weight script used on this BEAUTIFUL Hallmark Signature card. You know I have two sisters so I’m ordering a few to save for some future birthday celebrations. Enjoy!

Seashell Pattern for Think.Make.Share.
I spy my black and white shell pattern alongside this seashell goodness! While I may not be headed to the beach anytime soon, this roundup is pretty great. Missing seeing all my talented artist friends at work on a daily basis, but grateful for all the ways we are staying connected!

Summer Blooms
Nothing better than some Trader Joe’s Summer blooms. Enjoy!
June Around The Web
Recapping the month these days feels so different. With so much happening there is a lot, and many necessary things, to take in and learn and grow from. I’ve been reading a lot, participating in a listening series on racism in Kansas City put on by the KC Chamber, and have still been working from home during the pandemic. Growth is happening all around us, and hopefully within ourselves too, but it’s hard and some days I really do miss my normal routine. Also at the same time life continues on. This month we celebrated my sister Grace’s 16th birthday and my sister Sophie got engaged! Time is moving so fast and so slow, in many ways I can’t believe we are already headed into July but here are a few things that caught my eye this month:
SF Girl always has the most beautiful roundups and her post on tinted colored glass really fed my glassware obsession. I definitely don’t need any more glassware, but might have to get one colorful piece! The set above is from Leif.
Really hoping to take a #My5Days soon to make this Sunburst Basket from Flax & Twine!
Love this outfit from B.Freedom
Really missing the pool, maybe a staycation in our own neighborhood??
My current reading list is long but I’m working on Between the World and Me
