It’s been an exciting Spring at the house! We have been planning some landscape updates for awhile now, and it was SO exciting to see the Soil Service truck pull up with tons of new trees, shrubs and plants for the front and patio gardens. I can’t wait to see how the plants grow and mature over the yers and bring some color throughout the seasons! Inside, my focus has been on Grant and Theo’s rooms. We moved Grant to his big boy room right after his third birthday, but we needed to get the walls painted. His favorite color is blue and EB and GPa spent a weekend painting for us before baby brother arrived, we are so grateful! The nursery also needed some attention, mostly curtains and some new decor. We have officially been in the house for a year, and it is really starting to feel like ours.
Theodore Thomas Smith
Dale, Big Brother Grant, and I thrilled to introduce our second son/little brother, Theodore Thomas Smith. He was born 5.12.26 at 6 lbs. 14 oz. and 20 in. long. We are once again mesmerized by our precious photos from Lora .Welcome home, Theo!

Best Mom Ever Lettering for Signature
I saved the best for last! My very favorite Mother’s Day lettering I worked on this year was for Hallmark Signature, and I adore every detail of this card. I can’t wait to SOON become a mom to two little boys and can’t wait to celebrate all the amazing moms in my family today.

Today I’m thrilled to share the Lacey Chabert Collection Mother’s Day cards! Samantha Lewis and I were the artists who created Hallmark’s Mother’s Day style guide this season, and the artwork tied in with Lacey’s Mother’s Day collection. I loved seeing our artwork (and my lettering) utilized on these beautiful cards, with several pieces featuring the font Josh Scruggs developed with my all caps lettering style (named Violet!).
