I love when I get the chance to participate in workshops at Hallmark, and this painted feather DIY was no exception! Head on over to Think.Make.Share. to learn how to make this fall decoration for yourself:
The Sunflower State
Over Labor Day I drove out to Ted Grinter's Sunflower Field with my sister! I have always wanted to see the giant sunflower field in full bloom, and I finally got my chance! It was even more spectacular than I pictured it to be. If you happen to find yourself near Lawrence, Kansas in the first few weeks of September I highly recommend taking in the sunflower field for yourself. Here are a few snapshots from our trip:
Back-To-School (Nine to Five Style)
Growing up I LOVED going back to school shopping, especially for school supplies. Here are a few of my favorite picks for the back-to-school season, even if you are headed into work tomorrow!
An April Shower
This weekend my sister Sophie and future sister-in-law, Dianne, hosted a beautiful bridal shower for me! Here are a few pictures of the delicious food and amazing flowers by Hitched Planning+Floral.
The decorations were based off of my grandmother's bridal shower. It made the event even more special to think that she celebrated in a similar way when she was about to get married. I couldn't have asked for a more lovely afternoon! I truly have some wonderful family and friends.

Present & Correct
I recently discovered Present & Correct, a lovely company with the slogan "office sundries for the modern workspace." Their offering includes a quirky combination of office supplies, prints, and things for the home. Below are just a few things I would love to have in my office space, if only they shipped the typewriter to the U.S. Enjoy!
